Simply Natural exclusively offers a curated collection of live plants, cacti, and succulents. We do not sell accessories or non-plant products.
3. Service Availability
We currently ship PAN India and only serve customers located within India. Orders placed from outside the country will not be accepted.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
- Customers will be notified once the order has been shipped.
5. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your greens!
- If your plant arrives damaged, you are eligible for a 100% refund within 7 days of delivery. Please share a photo of the damage via email.
- If you are not satisfied with your plant for any reason, we offer a 15-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

7. Plant Care & Responsibility
All our plants are shipped healthy and well-packaged. However, plant survival depends on environmental conditions and care after delivery.
- We do not offer any guarantee on plant survival after 15 days of delivery.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to care for the plant after this period.
