- Smaller orders are usually processed faster.
- Larger/bulk orders may take a little longer but are always packed with extra care.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, your plants are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note: Delays may occur due to weather, logistics issues, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat ₹50 shipping fee on all orders, no matter your location in India.
4. Delivery Partners
We ship your green friends using trusted courier services like E-KART and Delhivery, ensuring quick and reliable service across PAN India.
5. Secure Packaging
Your plants are packaged in special 2-layer cardboard boxes with care to protect them during transit. We make sure they arrive in great shape, just as they left us.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, an order number is automatically generated.
You can use this number to track your shipment on our delivery partner’s website and see where your package is at any time.
