Return & Replacement Policy

At Simply Natural, your satisfaction and trust are at the heart of what we do. Every plant and cactus we send is packed with care and love. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we’re here to make it right.
1. Our Promise
We offer hassle-free replacements and conditional refunds to ensure you receive healthy, thriving plants and cacti as expected. We only ship within India, and all return shipping costs are covered by us.
2. When Are Replacements Offered?
We are happy to offer a free replacement under the following conditions:
- Customer Dissatisfaction: If you’re not satisfied with your order within 15 days of delivery, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Plant Withers: If your plant or cactus deteriorates or withers within 45 days of purchase, despite proper care, you’re eligible for a replacement.
- Transit Damage: If the product arrives damaged due to handling or shipping issues.
📸 In all cases, we request clear photographs of the product and packaging to help us process your replacement efficiently.
3. When Are Refunds Provided?
Refunds are considered only after we’ve attempted to make things right with a replacement. If the replacement still doesn’t meet expectations, we will consider a full or partial refund if the customer provides a valid and well-justified reason.
We do not issue refunds in the following scenarios:
- Lack of a clear explanation for dissatisfaction.
- Delay in raising concerns beyond the return windows.
- Improper care resulting in plant damage (case-by-case basis).
4. Return Conditions
- Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- We do not accept returns due to “change of mind” unless the customer provides a compelling justification. Even in such cases, a replacement is offered first.
- All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement:
- Email us at support@buy.brandgrowthstory.com with:
- Order ID
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the plant, packaging, and invoice
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If eligible, we’ll coordinate pickup (no charges to you) and ship a replacement or process a refund as per the case.
6. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Customers must share valid bank account details.
